[x] loadingMessage default null and shows if configured.
[x] do not open dropdown if no loading message while waiting for results to come back - @cibernox may need your help here.
[x] noMatchesMessage default null
[x] keep dropdown open while searching.

I'll bump a intermediate version number just in case -> 0.6.0
