Leverage new device class PH added in 2023.08 and other related minor adjustments #11

This required HA 2023.08 to work, I added the feature myself in https://github.com/home-assistant/core/pull/95928, so it will sit a few days here waiting for the final release.

2023.08 has been out for close to two weeks, I'm merging this now.
