Failed to connect #15

Hi, i installed the Poolstation and added it as an integration. however when I put my credentials, i get the error "Failed to connect". In the fluidra account i have a Zodiac Z250IQ heating pump installed.

Any ideas?

Did you solve? In my case same error with a heat pump Hgic gre. The FLUIDRA app works.
