Program icon #91

Add a program icon. It can be generic as all get-out, but it needs to be something other than the Eto default icon.

Apparently this is going to be a huge hassle (with piss-poor documentation, as usual). Pushing this back for now.

Got it working on Windows without too much pain. Still don't know what to do with Mac. Mac icon seems to work if manually replaced in the package contents (and then refreshed in some way). Need to update the MacBits script to swap out the icon file. Turns out I just needed to make it a "Bundled resource".
