ERROR: Target and reference models are not compatible #2

Hi,

Thanks for developing the tool. However, when I was using it to annotate my data, the error message pops out and says:

ERROR: Target and reference models are not compatible

I checked the chromosomes and the format. I was also using the GRCh37 assebmly as the example input vcf file. What could be wrong in my input file?
