Add status if the program is running / stopped / paused #20

Development in progress, need to find how graphically show the info (icon / text or both) and where show on the screen

Interface changed. Removed redundant "Pause" button (Step does the same function) and included an highlight of the button Run, Stop or Step if the program is running stopped of paused

Finally done the job using a different way. Implemented in the version 1.53.3
