Updated TCPDF (from 6.4.4 to 6.6.2)
Updated Bootstrap version (from 5.1.3 to 5.3.0)
Removed trailing slashes on void elements
Included new donate.php page which temporarily redirects to the relative page on BuyMeACoffee.com
