Halocarbons

Should have a closer look at all the halocarbons:

• Skip components that does not have any input or output
• Important gases that should be included?
• Update the gases_v1RCMIP.txt, BETA [Gg/pptv], ALPHA [Wm-2/ppt] and TAU [years] based on IPCC AR6. Should be a table in AR6. At least for the alphas and tau.
