Better/more example run scrip(s)

Would be great to have a broader set of example scrips, e.g. running all SSPs, setting parameters in the script, adding a perturbation file.

There is one issue with having one that runs all ssps and that is that input is sitting on our server, so we might need to have a script that want run directly for a random outside user. That might be fine though. The other stuff is solved easily enough.
