Easy plotting tools needed

Plotting scripts to make standard plots, maybe as an optional part of pipeline

Additional context

Ragnhild has some matlab scripts that can be used to get started on this

Apparently I can only assign a single person at a time, so I've assigned @AneNJ , but hope that @ragnhibs can help out and provide her old scripts

@AneNJ I made python scripts based on the matlab-plots I had (on my branch, scripts/plot/). They plot all the results from the SCM (all components). (plot_em.py, plot_conc.py etc.) It is also another set of plotting scripts that compare the results from the SCM to other dataset. We should have a folder on qbo where these files can be shared. I guess we should not upload on github what others datasenters have provided? @maritsandstad
