this patch adds download.proxmox.com and enterprise.proxmox.com to the COMMUNITY_REPOSITORIES_ENABLED list. Do you agree with that, @Tonkenfo?

Or do you think it is better to add them to the COMMUNITY_REPOSITORIES_DISABLED list instead?
