gnome3 module not built with cmake 2.8.8 #179

When building libproxy with cmake 2.8.8, the modules relying on pkg-config to 
be identified (gnome/networkmanager) are not being identified / built.

The issue lies in a change in cmake 2.8.8, which re-uses the PKG_CONFIG_FOUND 
variable by error.
