Compile failed on OS X Lion

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download libproxy 0.4.7 and build per instructions

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Build fails

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
libproxy 0.4.7 on OS X 10.7.3 with XCode 4.3 + Command Line Tools

Please provide any additional information below.

I've attached the output of the attempted build. I'm not sure why my machine 
isn't finding the necessary <cstring>. I would love to get this to build as 
it's a dependency of Clementine, which I'm working to get to build. I 
appreciate any help you can provide.
