Fix header at the top of rankings visualization #132

I was looking at the rankings visualization and think that if would be nice to have the header fixed to the top as you scroll so there's always a context for the info in the table.

I'm not sure if this is easy to do, but if it is I think it's worth a shot. screen shot 2014-05-09 at 9 54 58 am
