500 error page assets are pointing to the wrong urls #189

These pages are now using templates.html and therefore don't have individual dependencies any longer

I think there still is an issue with the urls (missing libs and style files)

I changed it to extend the template.html file and included all the css in style tags in the html. Did you pull the latest version of beta? It should work if you did
