Are you talking about the flag images taking time to load? I've been meaning to use http://glue.readthedocs.org/en/latest/ to create an image sprite of the flags to optimize this. And now that we switched the dropdowns to select2, it's an easy fix. I can do this if you want.

It's not the loading time but the misalignment of the suggestion list In the case below, Zambia should be highlighted in the list screen shot 2014-07-25 at 11 59 19 am
