Manual / Guide feature #261

Marcela asked about a feature where we'd been talking about earlier - to have a proper tutorial / walkthrough instead of a wall of text or nothing.

The idea is to provide an easy guide as a walkthrough for any user to grasp basic ideas like what a treemap or network graph represents, what the basic intuitive meanings of complexity / distance etc are, why I'd like to view the site. It'd be up to you to decide what to talk about, in what order, whether to make it separate pages or a step by step thing, etc.

And then there'd be additional content that explains the ideas a bit more rigorously.

Marcela said you could sit down with Seba / Tim to understand everything in depth, and I'd be willing to give you an overview too.

I sent copy over to Tim last week for edits/feedback. Going to follow up with him today.

This is in the icebox until we have a lull in the Colombia project.

@makmanalp Can you close or reassign this? Trying to clear out my Github issues page.
