Language defaults #263

If a string is missing from the language, use the english default instead. This might be half and half me + @romsson

Looks like issue where country names are "???" is because the data is wrong all the way back to the database. The product names seem okay except they use #N/A for null values which is very annoying.

Maybe we can just replace the name_foo columns in new_observatory_country completely by using something like:
