Static images do not capture the latest visualizations state #280

e.g. static image shows the non-filtered view while it should display the filtered one

Hmm this is interesting - I suspect it has something to do with it being a query parameter and how I'm checking whether a static image exists. I think if the page itself exists, it's not creating the image for the filtered version
