Lang is a url parameter now. #314

Changes made

  1. queryActivated is true all the time.
  2. lang is updated in updateURLQueryParameters 3 .explore view has translation activated.

@sibamohanty Moved this to #316 because this one's against master, but we'd want the pull request against beta - for some silly reason github doesn't let you change that.
