Need coi, cog variables #2

The following output var's are not created by the package. Can you please update the code to output these as well.

Thanks, @genielab . This is on the cards but I'll only be able to get to this (and #1 , which is high-priority, and a dependency for this issue) in a couple of weeks. You're welcome to contribute in the meantime.
