Cider 2.2.0 Loading home with window vibrancy type and HDR on causes catastrophic UI issues

Describe the Bug

When HDR is enabled on my primary monitor, and "Windows Vibrancy Type" is on either Mica or Tabbed, I get issues like... well... I'll let the video speak for itself.

Steps to Reproduce

Enable HDR
Have Windows Vibrancy Type on any setting that's not off
Go to the "Home" tab

Anything else?

Workaround is to turn off HDR or turn off Windows Vibrancy Type

Connect Device ID

There isn't much we can do for this on our end but we highly advise you to report this issue to Microsoft directly under their WebView2 bugtracker.
