[Bug]: Nothing works - preview mode - not signed in

Describe the Bug

After spending $4 on Cider (beta?), which stopped working, I spent ANOTHER $4 on Cider (preview). No support, no help, no contact, no response. And now the NEW one stopped working. THEN, after resetting/repairing the app, I tried to sign in again, and received "there was a problem logging in." This entire application is a half-cocked, half-baked, failure of an application.

Until you fix this mess of trash, I am contesting the charges with Microsoft (offshore imbeciles) and American Express.

1. Run the application (VERY complicated).
2. Restart computer
3. Run the application
