Search bar clearing button not working in Recently Added

Describe the Bug

In the "Recently Added" tab, the small x button for clearing text in the search bar on the top right does not clear the text. It does have behavior in some way, though, since it refreshes search results.

I'm on version 2.4.1

Steps to Reproduce

Go to the "Recently Added" tab under "Library";
Click on the search bar on the top right of the window;
Enter some text;
Press the x button that appears in the right side of the search bar;
If the text isn't cleared, you have the bug.
