Rewind (back) button system shortcut doesn't rewind the song but skips to previous song

Describe the Bug

If you use a system-wide rewind shortcut for the rewind then the Cider app won't rewind the song but will actually go to the previous song. If you use the navigation buttons inside the app it will work properly.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Hit the rewind combo on your keyboard

   

2. Song should rewind
