[2.5.0] MiniPlayer not always on top

Describe the Bug

Miniplayer should stay always in focus (im pretty sure it was there before 2.5.0 when frameworks got reworked i think)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to miniplayer
2. Minimize the application
3. Open the Cider miniplayer

Anything else?

Also happens on latest PTB version (2.5.2-ptb5)
