App does not start fully in fullscreen upon startup

Describe the Bug

Public Test Build. PTB 75

When first booting up the app, the app is 99% fullscreened, but not fully. I have to click the full screen button on the top right of the window for it to go completely full screen.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open up the app
2. See that the app doesn't go "fully" full screen
