Fixes docker build to include mobile to rss parsing

Super, thanks.

My plan is to refactor so that the parsing and fetching code is modular rather than in these monolithic scripts (meaning it is a bit easier to share the code, and for individuals to switch parsing approach if it isn't working for them).
