Improve onboarding process with applereleaser init #1

The init command creates a sample file but provides no guidance on supported fields or pre-populating values

Some possible ideas:

auto-populate the fields based on Xcode project properties (large)
auto-populate some fields based on user prompting (medium)
additional comments in the template on supported values (small)
additional logging pointing to documentation (small)

Not going to do any reading of the Xcode project right now. It's too big of a lift given the goals of this project and the options available. #12 adds a prompt flow to applereleaser init that guides the user through setting up a new project, and logs about configuration option locations (placeholder while the repo is private).
