CNPHI Export - Symptom Label Conversions #136

Some symptoms have to have their label converted for the CNPHI export, as CNPHI already has established, equivalent labels and does not wish to change them.

We can add those CNPHI labels directly under CNPHI column of DataHarmonizer Template and they should be converted to the CNPHI values on export.

I've added the translations into the CNPHI column. Next vocab update will incorporate them.
