Age bins for VirusSeq export #217

Closed cmrn-rhi closed 3 years ago

cmrn-rhi commented 3 years ago

The CanCOGeN-COVID19 template no longer appears to have the original age bins 90-99 and 100+. We should revert to those bins in the base template and only have 90+ substituted in for the VirusSeq Portal export.

Confirmed with @griffie

I did make that change in google sheet but that can/should be reverted back. Its not in DataHarmonizer itself now. Just a pull request that I won't act on.

Is there a pull request? I didn't make one....

ddooley commented 3 years ago

ah, i should have said branch!

cmrn-rhi commented 3 years ago

OK. I've updated the template as follows: host age bin "90 - 99" and "100+" convert to "90+" via the "EXPORT_VirusSeq_Portal" field

I've tested this out and it works well. It will be part of next release
