CanCOGeN template: Make dehosting method, raw sequence data processing method, and bioinformatics method fields required. #219

These fields are currently optional. They are required elements for the VirusSeq Data Portal so we are trying to collect these methods details more routinely. To do this, these fields should be changed to "required" status to prompt data providers to include this info.

Status changed to required in the DH CanCOGeN template. The definition, guidance and example for bioinformatics method was slightly updated to reflect some discussions with CPHLN data stewards. Updates will be implemented in next DH release.
