CanCOGeN template: vocab refresh and new version release required #227

Because of new purpose of sequencing tags have been added and there have been many LIMS export updates, we will need a vocab refresh and a new release.

Can we update dev first, so I can do a quick test, and then when all be well, we can do a new release?

ddooley commented 2 years ago

Sure I can do that later today. And by dev, at moment, do you mean on a branch, or with vocabulary updated on master? (Whichever you prefer).

griffie commented 2 years ago

Sorry, I just mean stick it in the usual GitHub branch (I guess master? and with the vocab changes) so I can fetch the changes and try everything out before we do a new public release.
