CanCOGeN spec new field #273

The optional (not required, not recommended) field of specimen processing details [GENEPIO:0100311] has been added to the CanCOGeN spec and consequently the CanCOGeN DataHarmonizer template. It will be available upon the next template refresh and release.

Please include a mention of this in the corresponding release notes.
