update NMDC LinkML YAML #298

Update the NMDC LinkML YAML to a version with the pattern property applied to slots.

To test this, run:

make template/nmdc_dh/schema.js

@sujaypatil96 can this be redone to just provide the new nmdc_dh.yaml ?

@ddooley keeping one very small, useful change in the schema. But otherwise, it's just a schema update PR.
