Good day,

Just letting you know about a few bugs present in the most recent DH version for the CanCOGeN Covid-19 template. A few of the picklist columns are printing extra <p> and </p> characters. It seems the following fields are affected:

anatomical material
anatomical part
body product
environmental material
environmental site
collection device
collection method
specimen processing
signs and symptoms
pre-existing conditions and risk factors
complications
host role
exposure setting
purpose of sequencing
sequencing instrument
