Read nf-ncov-voc JSON file #183

nf-ncov-voc will be outputting JSON file to replace JSON files in our assets folder. We must make the changes on the front end to process the new singular file. The file will also include common protein names to replace NSP names in nsp bar, and mutation aliases which should be 1) displayed and 2) searchable in mutation jump modal.
