Default sorting of selection lists #3

Selection lists, if they don't have a "user interface feature: order ..." should be sorted by "user interface label" in language of user interface. This suggests sorting real-time in browser when ontology is loaded?

Partially implemented. Categorical pick list choices (which don't have a user interface feature order annotation) are now sorted alphabetically by the jsonify.py script. However, it is up to client-side applications to sort according to a particular language (unicode) alphabet.
