Recursive cart addition #39

Main change

ResourceViewSet.add_cart_items_to_packages now calls geem.utils.add_cart_item_to_package for each cart item, rather than adding each cart item itself
New function geem.utils.add_cart_item_to_package adds the cart item, and also recursively adds all nested children of the cart item

TODO

Replace recursive python calls with recursive postgres queries to improve speed of addition

Other changes

Improved some in-code documentation
Cleaned-up and organized some imports
Newline at end of geem/utils.py
