Current functionality:

Validator tab contains an empty grid, with two columns name test_column_one and test_column_two
Validator tab contains an upload and download button
- Upload and download both happen in .csv

do we want to merge this stuff into damion-dev at this point, or the fresh geem-dev I set up yesterday?

If the geem-dev branch is the new defacto development branch, we should merge it there. It is 30 commits behind master though, I will update it.

So go for it whichever way you want, re. commit (geem-dev or ...).
