Consider using OntoDT datatype relation #9

A variety of "has data type" relations are out there, one of which might be best for the current GenEpiO "has primitive data type" relation. OntoDT may have a good candidate: http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0020025515005800

It appears that we can use OBI [value specification] 'has specified value' some [xsd:data type] , so we will keep things simple and make do with that for now.
