missing "gene" keys in MPOX JSON

missing "gene" keys in MPOX JSON #177

In NC_063383.1.json, no gene key for any of:

MPXVgp059, line 1612
hypothetical protein, line 5387
MPXVgp188, line 5415

I've worked around this for functionalannotation.py
