Added some capability into IOS. Need to port to IOS-XE #9

Hello,

I saw some of your posts on the NTC Slack and read a few of your blogs. I decided to check out the netcopa framework and I am really liking it. I took some cofig I had in my lab and ran it against your code. Then I started to extend the code to see how easily I could add features. It was VERY smooth! Great stuff!

I have descriptions of what I have done in my commit messages. I wanted to send this pull and see if it is along the lines of what you would expect in a pull. I also did not know which branch you wanted to send pulls to, so let me know if I need to adjust.

Ok, time to rack out. Lots to do tomorrow. Thanks for sharing this great piece of code!

I forgot to add...

I added pieces to the IOS config you provided with the code to test the features I added and ensure I didn't break anything you already had in place.
