Emulating fronius meter use home assistant #1

I'm hoping to be able to emulate a fronius IP meter from shelly 3em data like you have except I'd like to be able to use pi4 that home assistant is already running on.

Trying to figure out If it is possible, or if you have any ideas on where to start.

I'd look at packaging the whole thing in a docker container and adding that as on Addon.
