Feature Request: Option to expose flux/rate law outputs #355

This will make it possible to evaluate and post-process fluxes in a model, for example, to get incident cases/hosp/deaths from COVID models.

In addition to this being useful for COVID modeling, I think we might also want this in order to draw phase planes for Regnets.

@SamWitty how difficult would it be/what would be needed in order to expose rate laws or fluxes?
