Solution to Halfar Model using Neuromancer

Use Neuromancer to solve Halfar Model. This is a list of what is needed in order to read the PDE from a Decapode.

• [x] Convert shallow_ice.jl to ipynb
• [ ] Get training data from Decapodes solution
• [ ] Read the Decapode equation pieces into PyAcset
• [ ] Convert PyAcset to SymPy expressions
• [ ] Need to add discrete exterior calculus operators to SymPy (specifically, Hodge star and inverse Hodge star)
• [ ] Make those symbolic expressions readable by SymPy
• [ ] Compile the SymPy expressions to form f_pinn, the expression for the pde for the physics-informed neural network (Neuromancer) to solve

Agustin has taken this over, and I believe we are abandoning this avenue for solving PDEs.
