Building collection of gold-standard AMRs #414

We need a collection of "gold-standard" AMRs representing example models in these categories:

[x] Petrinets
[x] Regnets
[x] Stock and flow

The AMRs must also:

[x] Contain stable parameters (as in, can be simulated and sampled from)
[x] Contain uncertainty in parameter values
[x] Contain uncertainty in initial conditions (as in, the initial conditions are set to a parameter value with uncertainty)
[x] Contain observables
[x] Be formatted correctly, with the correct number of rate laws, etc.
[x] Include a unique "id" above the header
