Add various interventions to interfaces.ipynb

Currently the interfaces.ipynb example usage only includes sample with basic arguments describing how to simulate forward in time. However, our sample interface also includes interventions of various types.

Specifically, this addressing this issue would add the following:

• [x] static_parameter_interventions
• [x] static_state_interventions
• [x] dynamic_parameter_interventions
• [x] dynamic_state_interventions
