Create a visual summary of calibration results #569

Currently, users only get feedback on the results of calibrate by simulating from a model that uses the calibrated parameters. Instead, we should provide some form of visual feedback about the posterior distribution of parameters.

Now that we are in Phase 1.5, should we reconsider this task? @JosephCottam do you have any thoughts?
