Upgrade to Ember2-12 #85

CHANGELOG

Updated to Ember CLI 2.12.3 and Ember 2.12.x
Updated ember-try config matrix with Ember LTS 2.8
Updated travis.yml build matrix to run Ember LTS 2.8 and default (Ember LTS 2.12)

NOTE: the conversation of .eslintrc files to .eslintrc.js has not been completed in this upgrade due to issues with how the lint-javascript-spec.js node unit tests are coupled to the .eslintrc file on disk. This will be revisited and addressed in this issue: https://github.com/ciena-blueplanet/ember-test-utils/issues/86
